Product description:This product is used as a lubricant and release agent for PVC, polyphenylene, urea formaldehyde resin and other plastic processing. It has excellent external lubrication and release performance. It also has good transparency and electrical insulation. When used for hard transparent extrusion molding, the general dosage is 0.3 ~ 0.8 phr. However, the lubricity of this product is not as good as stearic acid. Short duration, poor thermal stability and initial coloring. Combining with a small amount of higher alcohols can overcome the above shortcomings. If the amount of resin is too large, it is easy to precipitate on the surface of the product, affecting the printability and transparency. This product can also be used as smoothing agent of polyolefin and film anti adhesion agent. It can also be used as internal release agent and lubricant of natural rubber and synthetic rubber to improve the processability of rubber. Improve the dispersion effect of pigments and other additives and endow the products with good luster. It is used as emulsifier of oil-based drilling fluid and lubricant of metal wire drawing.
