When the temperature rises to 100°C, ammonia begins to be released, and then the temperature is slowly raised to 145-160°C, and the material gradually changes from liquid to viscous. After reacting for 5-8 Chemicalbook hours, the reactants are released, cooled and crushed. Similar fixing agents can be obtained by the reaction of ethylenediamine, triethylenetetraamine, tetraethylenepentamine and dicyandiamide, or the reaction of diethylenetriamine and guanidine carbonate. In addition, the ester ratio of diethylenetriamine and dicyandiamide is different, and the viscosity of the resulting product is also different. This type of fixing agent is used for direct dyeing post-treatment to improve fastness properties, especially washing fastness. Treated with 0.3% fixing agent, the washing fastness of cotton cloth can be improved from grade 1 to grade 4-5. Diethylenetriamine is a high-activity epoxy resin curing agent, mainly used in laminates, casting products, adhesives and coatings, etc. The general dosage is 5-10 parts, but this type of aliphatic polyamine is water-soluble and vapor The pressure is higher, and it is irritating to the operator's skin. Therefore, various modified varieties have been developed.
