Sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin sodium, is a new kind of drug preparation excipients, which belongs to a sulfonic acid group derivative of anionic high water-soluble cyclodextrin. It can well encapsulate with drug molecules to form non-co-chemicalbook valence complex, which improves the stability, water solubility, safety, and effectively improve the biological activity of drug molecules. It has low renal toxicity, can ease drug hemolysis, and control drug release rate.
